Moving & Grooving with Miss Anna
Clap your hands, stomp your feet, let’s sing and chant to the music beat!
Anna leads music and movement classes that engage and delight young children. Drawing from many genres of music, Anna designs a joyful environment that promotes music, literacy, and brain development.

Join us for stories, songs, and play with Miss Nancy before the library opens.

Zen Den
Join us for new activities, games, or just a space for kids to spend time after school.
For Grades 4 and up.

Chair Yoga
We stretch, strengthen and breathe in this gentle, playful class.
Free weekly sessions at the Stowe Free Library with Kate Graves of Stowe Yoga Center and certified teacher of Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga.

Coworking Space
The library will be opening up the community room to any individuals interested in a coworking space. Phone/Zoom calls must be taken in the lobby or outside.
Free WiFi, tea, and coffee.

Do you need assistance with your phone, tablet, or laptop?
Then schedule a half hour session with Tech Services Librarian, Maggie, on Thursdays between 2-3pm.

Bi-weekly Activities

Connections Cafe
A welcoming space for individuals living with dementia, cognitive disorders, or other debilitating conditions, along with their caregivers.
Socialize, enjoy music, play games, drink tea or coffee, and build connections.
Open to all and free of charge. No registration required.

EDS Support Group
For anyone dealing with:
* hEDS, POTS, Long Covid, ME/CFS, MCAS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic pain and fatigue
This will be a safe space to share resources and practical solutions, and where you can feel heard.
You are encouraged to bring a notebook or a project with you to work on as we hangout! Puzzles will be provided, as well as journaling materials so we can talk about journaling as a creative outlet and a way to track symptoms and progress!
